Description:
A.K.A "Midnight Snack"
Even though the winter is pretty well over here in Atlanta, I have a few more snow scenes up my sleeve. For this one, I have another bear themed artwork. I've heard that bears do not truly hibernate the way some animals, like rodents and snakes, do and that they are in fact easily woken from their winter sleep. In this case, a jackrabbit has wandered into the wrong hole in the ground and found himself as the potential meal for it's grizzly bear inhabitant.

What fascinating stuff you do! I really like the contrast in forms here, the bulky, powerful, dark bear and then the lighter, more delicate hare.
